The lifeless body of a driver identified as 47-year-old Mamadou Barry was found on Wednesday at about midday in his Buick Regal in Brooklyn New York.

Traffic wardens ticketed his car twice for being illegally parked. One of the tickets was found inside of the car and the other on his windshield; one of them dated June 16th. He was issued a fine after the car was found on the wrong side of the road on a street that alternated between left and right for parking.
Witnesses reported that on another occasion, a warden ticketed vehicles in front of and behind Barry’s car and during this time, no one thought to check the driver who had died of natural causes. Police have been investigating why the wardens skipped his vehicle or to see if they noticed whether or not Barry was still alive at that time.
