U.S. grandmother shot dead her two young grandsons and then herself
Debra Dennison, 47 (main), who shot to death her grandsons - Alton, 2 (right) and Ashton, six months (inset) - in Preston, Conn., before turning the gun on herself, left a hateful note to the boys parents, it has emerged.

Beth Thorpe, 18, left, was thrown out of her seat on the ‘Rocker’ ride, bottom right, and hurled towards the ground – landing on her head - at a temporary fair on Worthing seafront, West Sussex. Horrified witnesses feared the student had died after seeing her plummet to the ground.
