Man detained after hoax explosives call that grounded Ryanair plane

A man has been detained by police in Poland after a hoax call was made about explosives on board a Ryanair flight.

Authorities shut down Modlin airport this morning after an anonymous report of an explosive substance onboard the flight from Warsaw to Oslo.
Ryanair says passengers had not yet boarded the flight and an immediate inspection was carried out.
The security sweep confirmed the incident was a hoax and the aircraft has returned to service. The airport has since reopened.
