Nick Gordon 'punched out Bobbi's tooth and dragged her by her hair because she was leaving him'

Nick Gordon 'punched Bobbi Kristina Brown' as she is moved to hospice to 'die naturally'

Bobbi Kristina Brown has been taken off life support and is now being cared for in a hospice.
Pat Houston, the aunt of the 22-year-old, said the condition of Whitney Houston's daughter has 'continued to deteriorate'.
A statement on behalf of the Houston family thanked 'everyone for their support and prayers' before adding: 'She is in God's hands now.'
At the same time, Nick Gordon has been hit with a lawsuit from Bedelia Hargrove, her court-appointed conservator, claiming he was physically abusive on multiple occasions and stole from Bobbi while she was in a coma.

Most shocking however is a claim that Bobbi was set to meet with a friend and reveal her problems with Gordon around the same time she was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub on January 31 at her suburban Atlanta home.
Gordon responded to the news that Bobbi was off life support on Twitter, writing; 'We keep praying, she has fought hard this long don't give up hope.'
The lawsuit states; 'Just prior to January 31, 2015, Brown had confided to someone that [Gordon] was not the man she thought he was and set up a time on January 31, 2015 to meet with this person to further discuss this revelation.'
It then adds; 'Brown, however, never made it to the meeting. Instead, on the morning of January 31, 2015, Brown became embroiled in a loud argument with [Gordon] at her townhome.
'The loud argument ended and Brown was later found unresponsive and unconscious, face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out.'
The lawsuit goes on to claim; 'Even after Brown's hospitalization, and while she was in a coma, [Gordon] accessed Brown's bank accounts) and stole in excess of $11,000 from Brown's bank account(s).'
Prior to this however, it accuses Gordon of physically assaulting Bobbi multiple times, including 'punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth, and dragging her upstairs by the hair.'
There is also a claim that Gordon falsely represented himself as Bobbi's husband, gaining access to her accounts and trust, something she began to question in 2014.
The lawsuit is asking for at least $10million in punitive damages for these assaults.
The lawsuit then moves on to battery claims, saying Gordon 'engaged in and caused unwanted, harmful and offensive bodily contact to Brown.'
It gets more specific after that, claiming that the harm caused by Gordon included 'loss of teeth, pain and suffering, and trauma that has required medical treatment as a direct consequence of [Gordon's] physical abuse.'
On these battery claims the lawsuit is asking for, once again, at least $10million in punitive damages.
Next the lawsuit accuses Gordon of infliction of emotional distress, claiming he 'committed domestic abuse against Brown without provocation and/or justification, which resulted in substantial bodily injury.'
It then adds that Gordon allegedly inflicted 'visible life altering bodily harm' on Bobbi, causing her to suffer 'severe emotional distress.
For this, the lawsuit asks for at least $10million in punitive damages.
Next come the conversion claims and that Gordon allegedly stole from Bobbi while she was in a coma.
'While Brown was in a medically-induced coma, [Gordon] intentionally and without consent or authorization transferred money from brown's bank account(s) to his own bank account.'
It then said that even though Bobbi is unable to ask for her assets back given her medical state, Gordon having them is 'an exercise of wrongful dominion or control ... and id detrimental to Brown's rights as the owner.'
For the damages Bobbi has suffered as a result of this, the lawsuit requests a minimum of $10million in punitive damages.
This make the total amount being asked for the the suit a minimum of $40million in damages.
The lawsuit goes on to ask that the matter be tried by a jury.
Following Bobbi's admission to the hospital, Gordon appeared on Dr. Phil, where the host had an intervention with the young man, who had been abusing Xanax and alcohol.
'I lost the most legendary singer ever and I’m scared to lose Krissy. I want to let all you guys know I did everything possible in the world to protect them,' Gordon told Phil, referring to Whitney Houston, who took him in when he was just 12-years-old.
The night before the dramatic intervention, DailyMail.com caught Gordon in his hotel, so drunk he could not even stand.
His mother Michelle was also present at the intervention, saying her son was torn up because he could not see Bobbi in the hospital.
Soon after he completed a stint in rehab.
In March, Bobbi's family said she was transferred from Emory University Hospital in Atlanta to a rehabilitation center.
She has not been moved since that time, and had remained on life support there until Wednesday afternoon.
Pat, the wife of Whitney's brother Gary, and Bobbi's dad, Bobby Brown, have joint legal guardianship of Bobbi Kristina.
Sources close to Bobby Brown, who was married to Whitney for 14 years, insisted just three weeks ago that he would 'never' disconnect his daughter from the machines keeping her alive.
'Don't believe any reports that Bobby is going to take her off life support,' an unnamed 'Brown family source' told People on May 28.
'He's never going to do that.'
'I don't think he'll ever go there; if there's a 2 percent chance, a 1 percent chance, a 0.1 percent chance, he will keep hope alive.'
But her worsening condition seems to have changed his mind.
Currently, Bobbi Kristina's estate is worth approximately $20 million. The estate was bequeathed through her mother Whitney's will when she died in 2012.
A month ago, Cissy Houston told Entertainment Tonight that her granddaughter has made no progress at all in the four months she's been hospitalized.
The 81-year-old said whatever happens is up to God.
'She's not gone yet, but you know, whatever the Lord decides, I'm ready for her... I have nothing to do with that. That's His job. It's His territory, you know? And I understand it,' she told ET.
Whitney died on February 11, 2012. The 48-year-old superstar accidentally drowned in a bathtub in the Beverly Hills Hotel, with the 'effects' of heart disease and cocaine cited as contributing factors.
With her mother gone, Bobbi Kristina reportedly became more and more dependent on Gordon and the pair allegedly immersed themselves in the drug scene in Atlanta where they lived.
