Every region of Liberia has now been hit by Ebola. Every city has been hit, officials said yesterday, as the World Health Organization warned the fight against the worst-ever outbreak of the killer disease would take months. 624 deaths have been recorded so far in the country, with hundreds of people down with the virus.

Lagos State Police Command is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the kidnap and murder of a 20-year-old undergraduate, identified as John Chinedu Okere, who until his death was a 300 level Electrical Engineering student at Covenant University, Otta in Ogun State. 

Chibok girls: Parents want case closed, say funeral rites already performed

Four long months after over 200 girls were taken from their school in Chibok, Borno State, the Nigerian government have not been able to find them ...and now their parents want the case closed and have asked the Federal government to just help bring back their daughters corpses. Some of the parents said after missing for four months, they already presumed the girls are no longer alive and have performed their funeral rites according to their custom.

Female Suicide Bombers Might Disguise In Reverend Sisters Regalia After Breaking Into Tailor’s Shop

The DSS has warned Nigerians this morning to be watchful of females in Catholic Church Reverend Sisters’ regalia because they could be female bombers. Ms. Ogar said some unknown people broke into a tailor’s shop in Kano and took away 13 pieces of the sister's regalia.

The death of Temidayo Joseph, who was also known as Simon or Dayo, was announced on Friday morning by Ockendon Academy near Thurrock, Essex, where he was a pupil.
