Woman arraigned in Lagos court for jilting lover

43-year-old events planner Omolola Shittu (pictured right), has been dragged before a Magistrate court in Lagos state for allegedly jilting and stealing from her 55 year old ex-lover, Prince Hilary Unachukwu.

According to Vabguard, Omolola, who was charged alongside one Raphael Oge, 51, on a three-count charge bothering on stealing and threat to life of her ex-lover, pleaded not guilty in court and was remanded in prison custody till she meets her bail conditions.

The UN Calls United States Out On Its Racism

If you asked the average Black person about the state of racism in America, you’ll likely be greeted with boos, hisses, eye rolls, and four-letter words due to the disproportionate number of Black men and women in jail, attacks on our right to vote, widening economic disparities between the races, and rampant police brutality. All of this is under an the administration of the first Black president of the United States. Oh, White supremacy, you sure do know how to put people in their place.
