Radiologist Johan Stipp dashed to the Paralympian's home in Pretoria after hearing gunshots in the early hours of Valentine's Day last year. He said: 'I got inside and there was a lady laying on her back. I also noticed a man kneeling on her side, on the left side. I remember the first thing he said when I got there was "I shot her, I thought she was an intruder. I shot her".' As he gave his testimony, Pistorius wept into his hands while holding rosary beads on what is the 12th anniversary of mother's death.
