44-year-old Tracey McCloud was arrested and charged with misuse of 911. She allegedly called the emergency number because she was not satisfied with her take out from the Main Moon Chinese Restaurant in Alliance, Ohio on Monday, July 6th.
Initially, she asked staff for a refund, but when they refused, she angrily called emergency services.
The dispatcher who took the call asked McCloud to confirm that this was the reason for her call. Her reply was, “What am I supposed to do? Jump over the thing and beat ’em up and get my money back?”
The Alliance Police were sent to the scene and she was taken into custody. McCloud will appear in an Ohio courtroom on Friday, July 10th.
