'I don't know what we have to do to win', says Man United boss David Moyes

Did enough: Moyes applauds the away fans having felt his side merited victory

A Charlie Adam howitzer proved the difference between the two sides on Saturday afternoon - his earlier deflected effort having been cancelled out by a cool Robin van Persie finish - and condemned the Red Devils to their EIGHTH league defeat of the season.

The result leaves them seventh in the Premier League table , six points behind fourth-placed Liverpool in the last of the Champions League places - with Brendan Rodgers' side having a game in hand.
And after seeing his side beaten in a game where there was little between the two sides, Moyes complained that his team deserved all three points.
"I don't know what we have to do to win," declared the United boss.
"We played well today.
"I thought we were extremely unlucky; We played well in difficult conditions but we have lost to one wicked deflection and one 'worldie'.
"But we should have been out of sight with the amount of opportunities and chances we created.
"We only have ourselves to blame for not taking those chances, but I thought it was a good performance."
