Sue Taber was shocked to discover an illegal immigrant hiding in her car when she arrived home to Shepherdswell, Kent, having driven from France.
The stowaway was hiding behind the driver's seat and Ms Taber only noticed his existence when she spotted his leg as she let her two dogs out of the car. She said the man, aged between 18 and 20, then jumped out of the car and started shouting: 'I'm an orphan, I'm an orphan' before running off. Police said the man had since been located and was now in the hands of Home Office Immigration Enforcement.
