Venezuelan president orders landlords to sell homes in 60 days or face fine of £24,000

Order: Nicolas Maduro has launched the law ordering landlords to sell their properties for a 'fair price' in 60 dyas

Nicolas Maduro's unprecedented law, effective immediately, dictates landlords who have been leasing a property for 20 years must sell it for a 'fair price' to prevent a dip in the market.
