Pictures of children from around the world with their favourite toys

Photographer Gabriele Galimberti has collated 54 colourful photographs into a book called Toy Stories, pictured, which show the differing types of toys children from different countries play with on a day-to-day basis

Italian photographer Gabriele Galimberti has spent over a year visiting more than 50 countries around the world, including Malawai, left, Sweden, right, and Colorado, inset, to take pictures of children with their favourite toys.
He has now collated 54 portrait shots and published them in a book called Toy Stories. The thought-provoking images show the differing toys played with by boys and girls around the world.
