The care home owner, 33 (right) has always denied involvement in his wife Anni's (left) murder in a crime-ridden suburb of Cape Town in 2011. He will be watched round the clock at Cape Town's Valkenberg psychiatric hospital (inset) where it will be decided whether he is fit to stand trial. Anni's father Vinod Hindocha told The Mail on Sunday: 'I have always queries just how mentally ill he was'.
