Prosecutor Gerrie Nel told the judge that an order preventing the broadcast of a witness's face had been breached. It came as the Paralympian's lawyers had resumed the cross-examination of the athlete's neighbour Michell Burger who claims she heard a woman's screams then gunshots on the night Reeva Steenkamp was killed.
