A care home matron showed her underwear to staff and took a sex toy to work - but she did not decide to go fishing instead of attending an end-of-life meeting, a disciplinary tribunal has ruled.
Sharon Talbot revealed her lingerie on 'numerous occasions' in the presence of staff at Asheborough House Care Centre in Saltash, Cornwall, the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) said.
The hearing was also told that she took a sex toy to work with her.
But a charge of Ms Talbot failing to attend an arranged end-of-life meeting as she had decided to go fishing was not proven, the NMC panel said.
She was also cleared of an allegation that she played the rock song Sex On Fire, by Kings of Leon, and shouted out of her office window: 'Come on vicar, complain about this'.
However, the NMC did find that she raised her voice at the partner of a resident while accusing her of stealing chocolates which had been sent to the resident for his birthday, and that she was lying on the floor in her office when she shouted at a pregnant member of staff while refusing to approve her maternity leave.
But the panel found Ms Talbot did not say 'Polish b***h' or 'black cow' in reference to untrained staff members.
The NMC also cleared the care home matron of a charge that she screamed at another staff member, instructing her to ask representatives from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to leave the centre.
It was alleged that she said: 'Get them out of the f****** building', but she was cleared of the charge.
The panel also ruled there was no case to answer in relation to a series of other allegations against Ms Talbot including a claim that she shouted 'Carry on nursing' at a staff member.
