Earthquake shakes southeastern Ireland

Gardai in Wexford revealed they received four separate calls about the earthquake at around 9pm on Tuesday

A small quake rocked parts of the southeast, with one homeowner saying her daughter felt the tremor in her bed and another saying she felt the house shake.
Gardai in Wexford revealed they received four separate calls about the earthquake at around 9pm, all from the Rosslare area.
But there was no damage or injuries, it’s believed.
One Twitter user said: “Well, was that an earthquake or a sonic boom? Heard/felt around the Wexford/Rosslare/Kilmore area.”
Another added: “That earthquake in Enniscorthy about 15mins ago has left me shaken but not stirred.”
