Peter Rolfe, 64, who has fathered children with 15 mothers, said his previous three-bedroom home on the Isle of Wight was a 'prison' and the council had a 'duty' to give him a bigger house. Mr Rolfe, who has not worked for more than 20 years, lives off benefits and claims he had to give up work to care for his offspring, has told critics: 'I am not living in a mansion'. Incredibly his local council must pay him £1,000 compensation after a Local Government Ombudsman said the benefits dad suffered 'a serious injustice' by being kept in a smaller home.
