Jaden Gumm put his mother, Becky Gumm, 32, (both pictured) from St Neots, Cambridgeshire, through hell and sparked a huge 999 operation after he hid in the cupboard after watching his favourite programme, Fireman Sam.
More than 30 police officers were drafted in from across the county, the police helicopter was called in and neighbours as well as total strangers turned out in force to help look for the youngster.
