A man could be facing some time behind bars after his nonchalant attempt at robbing a bank in Zhoujiazui, China, ends with the teller laughing at him and security guards tackling him to the ground. CCTV footage shows the would-be bandit holding the meat cleaver to the glass while talking on his mobile phone.
