Supporters of Donald “Build a Wall” Trump screamed “White Power” at a campaign rally at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Ala., according to various news reports.
In true one-percenter fashion, Trump’s Boeing 757 jet — with T-RU-M-P adorning the side — dipped over the stadium to raucous cheers before landing at a nearby airport. Once “The Donald” arrived on the scene, the crowd went wild, with one attendee saying that she was “witnessing history.”
As Trump spoke about illegal immigration, the subject dearest to his heart other than money, one man’s scream of “White Power” rang out and it was captured on video. Trump continued with his speech.
And that’s not all.
Jim Sherota, 53, told a reporter from AL.com, that he’d like the border to become a “vacation spot” where immigrants would have a bounty on their heads.
“Hopefully, he’s going to sit there and say, ‘When I become elected president, what we’re going to do is we’re going to make the border a vacation spot, it’s going to cost you $25 for a permit, and then you get $50 for every confirmed kill,’” Sherota said. “That’d be one nice thing.”
He later reportedly said that he was joking.
According to the Washington Post, “Olaf Childress, a neo-Confederate activist, gave out copies of “The First Freedom” newspaper, which had headlines about “Black-on-white crime,” “occupied media” and “censored details of the Holocaust.”
