Declan Tramley, who is just three, was on his kiddy motorcycle when he was busted by Constable Shawn Currie for stopping in a no parking zone.

Halifax Regional Police in Canada where Declan lives dubbed him a 'ruthless biker' - but it was all a bit of a joke, reports ABC .

Declan's dad told Currie earlier that his boy was a big police fan, so they gave him a ticket.

The little boy clutching his head looks like any adult when they get a citation from police.

The image was shared on the police department's Facebook page with the caption: "'Remember, you cannot park your motorcycle in the circle by the ferry terminal. We caught this ruthless biker there yesterday."
