The former England star, 56, has resorted to sleeping in a park in Bromley, south London (above) and asking friends for 'tablets' in a desperate plea to end his life after losing his house and belongings.
In a candid interview, the father-of-three, who won 86 England caps throughout his celebrated career in the 1980s (inset) said he downed a bottle of rose wine after waking up every day before going to a bookmakers to blow his Professional Footballers Association pension.
