Man takes friend out to bar before returning to the friend's home to cheat with his wife

A man is angry after being betrayed by his friend. 

Victor Jende, 32, of Aerodrome, South Africa, told a judge this week, that he regrets buying drinks for his friend at a bar after returning home to find his friend in bed with his wife.
Victor was arrested after he beat and robbed his friend Trevor Johnson, 56, who also lives in the same neighbourhood.


Appearing before Magistrate Sharon Rosemani, Victor said that he went to a local bar with Johnson and bought his friend some drinks before Johnson disappeared from the bar.

Later that night, a drunk Victor made his way home, where he caught Johnson red-handed in bed with his wife.

Victor claimed that he and his friend got into a fight. Victor grabbed a piece of wood and beat his friend. 

He then allegedly stole a cellphone from Johnson after beating him unconscious.

Victor was arrested and faces charges of assault and robbery. 

Johnson was rushed to a hospital after suffering wounds to his arms, legs and eyes. He was treated and released from the hospital after a day.
