Human remains were found in a wooded area (left) around an abandoned property ten miles south of Charlottesville, Virginia, where Hannah (right) was last seen on September 13.
The body has not yet been identified, Charlottesville's police chief (inset top) said, but police have called off all other efforts to track down Hannah. The remote spot, in Albermarle County, is close to the area where suspect Jesse Matthew (inset bottom) grew up, and the home where his mother used to live.
