Jake Golding, 23, from Leicester, had his first ever kiss after shrinking from a massive 23st (left) to just 15st (right).
Jake had struggle with his weight from childhood, reaching 20st by age 16. Taunted by bullies, Jake was often the subject of cruel jibes form women and had never had a relationship or even a kiss. When he met Carlisa online he knew he had found the one. Determined to lose weight before she travelled from her home in New York to meet him, Jake embarked on a strict diet and exercise regime. By the time Carlisa came to the UK eight months later, Jake had shed 7st and the two shared his first ever kiss .
