The INAA Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards ended with police being called to Glasgow's Thistle Hotel (inset) after organiser Ruthanne Reid, 57, (pictured left at another event, and right dressed in black) was caught on camera appearing to attack a guest. She denies headbutting the woman, but has apologised for the incident and announced she has resigned from event sponsors, software company INAA.
