'You are good. And changed': Judge FREES US man who was jailed 13-years late because of a clerical error

A Missouri judge ordered the state of Missouri on Monday to set free Cornealious Anderson who was convicted of robbery in 2000 but never sent to prison

A Missouri judge ordered the state of Missouri on Monday to set free Cornealious Anderson who was convicted of robbery in 2000 but never sent to prison.
Had he served his full sentence he would have been released last July and that's when authorities realized the clerical error. That month, eight U.S. marshals showed up at Anderson's home to arrest him in front of his children in his middle-class neighborhood. But a judge on Monday decided that his behavior in the 13 years since his conviction was evidence that he should be free. He left court with his wife and daughter, pictured.
