Elisany da Cruz Silva, from Brazil, who is a staggering 6ft 8ins tall, has been dating 5ft 4ins Francinaldo da Silva Carvalho for more than three years.
Despite a massive 1ft 4ins between them, Francinaldo had no problem increasing the distance by dropping to one knee after a romantic stroll along the beach. Elisany is keen to get pregnant soon as she is worried her condition - a form of gigantism caused by a tumour growing on her pituitary gland - may mean she is unable to conceive.
