Police officer who was caught on camera punching suspected woman shop-lifter

Action: He was then seen forcing her back into a chair, before appearing to grab her hair with both hands, ripping off her hat

Police constable James Kiddie, 45, attacked Sarah Reed, 30, in a busy branch of clothing store Uniqlo on London's Regent Street.
CCTV footage played to Westminster Magistrates' Court showed the officer grab the 30-year-old woman by the hair, while another camera captured him punching her three times as she lies in a corridor trying to shield herself.
