A woman who was trawling through her boyfriend's photos on his phone was left horrified - after finding a video of him having sex with her dog.
Wayne Bryson, 19, admitted the offence with a Staffordshire bull terrier.
He could not explain his behaviour to police but claimed it only happened once, a court heard.
The teenager, of Louth, Lincs, also admitted having cannabis “for his own use”, prosecutor Nick Todd told Skegness magistrates court.
Bryson was bailed until sentencing on the condition he is not alone with animals.
The maximum sentence for the offence is two years imprisonment.
