An Irish mum-of-three has been founded stabbed to death in a car park in Sydney, Australia.
Comrie Cullen, 39, was found with traumatic upper body injuries after a member of the public saw her slummed over a car.
Ms Cullen's estanged husband, Christopher, 50, who she split from in October, was later found nearby with knife wounds to his chest and wrists.
The Sydney Morning Herald are reporting that Ms Cullen was found by a passer-by in a secluded car park at the St George and Sutherland Shire Anglers Club at Taren Point.
There have also been reports in Sydney that the 39-year-old, who was born in Northern Ireland, had her throat slashed.
Mr Cullen is currently in St George Hospital being treated for his injuries under police guard.
Superintendent Gregory Antonjuk said that the Cullens had no family in the country aside from their three kids, aged 5, 7 and 11.
The children are now in the care of friends of the family.
The Superintendent said the discovery of Ms Cullen's body had been distressing for police.
He said: ''I have spoken with the investigators and staff, and obviously with the circumstances of yesterday afternoon they will be getting counselling."
Ms Cullen's family in the North have been contacted and police are quizzing the couple's friends.
