Topless protesters take over New York and 60 other cities worldwide

Topless protestors in New York and other countries for 'free the nipple' campaign

Around 300 bare-chested demonstrators paraded in Manhattan (left and bottom right) despite the New York mayor's bid to get topless models banned from Times Square.
Dozens of other bare-chested events took place around the U.S. (including in front of the White House, top right) and in other countries. The campaigners want women to be given the same rights as men when it comes to being topless in public. Rachel Jessee from NYC's GoTopless group said: 'Freeing nipples and bodies frees minds as well.'
