Edenilson Steven Valle (left), who couldn't swim, is believed to have accidentally drowned and died at Demi Moore's Beverly Hills mansion (top right) at a party hosted by her assistant.
Aerial pictures showed Moore's rectangular pool dotted with inflatable rings and floats (bottom right). The star of GI Jane (pictured inset right) said she she's out of the country and wasn't home at the time of the accident.
