The kidnappers of a Catholic priest in Ankpa, Kogi State, Rev. Father Innocent Umor, have demanded N4m as ransom. The priest, who was in charge of a church in Ikanepo parish under the Idah Catholic Diocese of Kogi State, was kidnapped on Monday after five men broke the door of his house around 2:10am an whisked him away.

They later called the Bishop of the Diocese, Anthony Adaji, in the morning and demanded for a N4m ransom.
