Michael Jackson spent 30 years trying to achieve his idea of perfection, but now a new TV documentary has revealed a computer-generated image of how he would have looked without surgery today (bottom right).
He started out modestly enough - wanting a different nose (top left, before surgery and second left after his first nose job) - but he went on to have 100 procedures as he desperately tried to repair the damage done by reckless and botched operations and injections. Michael had Botox, fillers, bleached his skin, had cheek implants, a dimple in his chin and lip augmentation.
