Shabista Srivastava (left), 45, and her husband Brajesh (bottom right), 48, treat their pet monkey Chunmun like a son and have made him their sole heir.
He will inherit their £73,000 house in Uttar Pradesh, north India, as well as a 200-yard plot and any money left in their bank account. Chunmun lives with his 'wife' Bitti in a large air-conditioned room and is fed homemade food by Shabista.
