The 35-year old victim Jacob Van Der Hart is fighting for life and being shot in the head inside Tiriton restaurant in Panama City, the capital of Panama. CCTV footage shows the brazen gunman walk up to the victim and fire before he fled on the back of a waiting motorbike.
