Joanna Inch (pictured left), 22, was jailed for four months today for stealing £15 from the purse of a North Devon pensioner - and the judge said he wished he could have doubled the length of the sentence. Disabled 93-year-old Nancy Rolf's son Alan installed a makeshift CCTV camera in his mother's home after her money started going missing - and to his astonishment, caught Inch in the act (right).
