Scott Chirashi (left) suffered a 'significant injury' and could not be saved by medics, when they were called to a flat in Alva, Clackmannanshire, shortly before 9am on Friday morning.
Members of the emergency services, who attended the scene are believed to have been offered counselling. Residents of the Scottish town have left tributes for the 'popular' little boy while a forensics team continue their investigations (right). His mother, Farai Chirashi, 32, was detained by police and is due to appear in court tomorrow in connection with his death.
