New mother Chelsea, 34, posted the picture (left) this afternoon, less than a day after giving birth to Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky in a Manhattan hospital.
Her parents said they are 'over the moon'. Bill and Hillary Clinton then posted their own picture (right) of them meeting Charlotte, and cooing over the child swaddled in a red, white and blue blanket.
