Dr Ian Lamond, an events management lecturer at Leeds Metropolitan University, performed the striptease in an apparent bid to teach his class how to give an exciting sales pitch.
Shocked students tweeted pictures of his antics, insisting they 'didn't have a clue what was going on' and it was 'not what they signed up for'. The Yorkshire university says it is now looking into the stunt, but has not suspended Dr Lamond.
