Pistorius' spokeswoman confirmed 'an altercation' took place and said the sprinter was confronted by Jared Mortimer, pictured right with Nelson Mandela, about the sprinter's trial. But according to Mr Mortimer, the athlete - known as the Blade Runner because of his carbon fibre prosthetics - was 'drunk and very aggressive' at the VIP Room night club (inset). He said he prodded Mr Mortimer in the chest while telling him 'you'll never get the better of me'.
