Peter Rodger, father of Santa Barbara mass murderer Elliot Rodger, has spoken of his 'inconceivable pain' after son's shooting spree, adding that his 'heart goes out' to victims' families.
Meanwhile Elliot's British grandmother said he was a 'very disturbed child' who suffered from mental health issues.
