Jewellery designer Felicia Boots suffocated her ten-week-old son Mason and 14-month-old daughter Lily (both pictured left) days after the family had moved into a new £1.5m home in Wandsworth, south west London, in May 2012.
Following the tragedy, she was spared jail and was instead detained in a mental hospital until doctors deemed her fit for release. At the time, a judge said a prison sentence would be 'wholly inappropriate'. Now, nearly two years later, she has been spotted walking a dog with her husband Jeff (right) in the neighbourhood, dubbed 'Nappy Valley'.
