Interpol said Thai authorities failed to check its lost and stolen database that held information about the two stolen passports used to board missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH307.
The international police body said information about the thefts was entered into its database after they were stolen in Thailand. Pictured (top) is 27-year-old Italian, Luigi Maraldi, the original owner of one of the stolen passports used on the flight. Also seen (bottom) is what is believed to be a piece of debris of missing plane off Vietnam.
